Make-a-Wish Arizona hosts a charity ball every year to raise money for future wishes. We were tasked with developing a brand identity for the event that would be incorporated across various event materials, with the invitation being the centerpiece of the system.
We wanted the identity to feel exclusive, high-end and mysterious. We used an ultra-modern typeface as the focal point of the look and feel. We leveraged some of the diagonal lines found in the letter forms as graphic elements and masked part of the logo to add more interest and drama. The invitation was printed on high-quality black and white paper with metallic ink and silver foil accents.
