High Street is a mixed-use entertainment, event, restaurant, self care and shopping district in North Phoenix. The district was faced with several challenges, including lack of brand recognition and a bit of an identity crisis. We needed to establish a strong brand position and communicate it across all brand marketing materials.
We identified that our biggest opportunity was to position High Street as a family-friendly, urban neighborhood experience. In addition, we wanted to promote the variety of activities available. Creative executions leveraged common two word phrases that took on new meaning in context of the High Street experience.
